I purchased the April 2020 My Geek Box as part of an offer and it arrived with me surprisingly quickly considering the usual delivery delays around the UK at the moment, coming through the Hermes carrier.

This is the first My Geek Box I’ve had this year. The box contains a selection of geek interest items, but does not include an information card.

If you want to subscribe to My Geek Box, this costs £23 GBP ($29 USD) on a month-by-month basis. That price does include postage within the UK.

Box Contents

Zelda T-Shirt

White print on a black T-Shirt. This is a simple design, rather coin like, but it works well enough.

It is an official Nintendo item.

I’ll use my standard value for a T-Shirt of $10 USD.

Fallout Metal Plaque (Exclusive)

This looks like an old-style advert for Sunset Sarsaparilla. It’s made by Fanattik.

It has a My Geek Box exclusive label on the packaging.

A nice display piece.

Looking at items of a similar style, I’ll value this at $10 USD.

Deadpool Mini Heroes

A memorable character in another line of figures. These are made by Gentle Giant and stand 3 inches tall.

You can see the Deadpool Mini Heroes on Amazon.com.

I’ll value this at $8 USD.

DC Justice League Batman Figure

Another display figure and another series I don’t think I’ve come across before. This one is made by Herocross.

This is a PVC figure standing 3 inches high. There may well be a better series name for this line, but if there is, I can’t work it out.

You can see the Justice League Batman Figure on Amazon.com here.

A nice design, but the pricing of this one is hard to judge. I’ll got with $8 USD.

DC Comics Lil Bombshells Blind Box Figure

These are mystery figures that come in a mystery cylinder. I last received one of these in the October 2019 My Geek Box. That last one was from Series 3. This figure is older, as it’s from Series 2, made in 2017.

I do find this type of item fun.

I got Killer Frost, who stands about 3 inches tall (are you seeing a pattern in this My Geek Box?).

You can see various Lil Bombshells series on Amazon.com.

Being an older item, this is hard to value. It always surprise me how much these mystery lines go for. I’ll use the same value I did last time, which is $8 USD.

Box Review

A decent box with fun items. I get $44 USD of value here.

If you’re a vinyl collector, there’s a lot to like here. Three figures, all of them memorable characters, although they’re from slightly obscure lines.

There’s also a T-Shirt and one of the more interesting metal plagues I’ve ever received.

Happy to recommend My Geek Box based on the strength of this one. A good box.
