Threads is one of the Zavvi geek subscription boxes. It’s comes in a thin box which contains a book and an exclusive T-Shirt each month.
As far as I can tell, Zavvi don’t advertise a theme for this one, so it’s rather a mystery. They also don’t include an information card.
I picked up the December 2017 box, which arrived safely through Royal Mail.
The standard pricing for Threads is £11.98 GBP ($15 USD) per month. That includes the postage within the UK.

It T-Shirt (Exclusive)
A circus inspired T-Shirt, thankfully without a clown.
The circus in Derry, Maine reference relates to It, and I presume is meant to tie in with the recent film version.
A nice old style print, although not completely to my taste.
I’ll assign a value of the T-Shirt standard here of $10 USD.
Werewolves Of The Heartland Graphic Novel
This is a hardback book with a dust jacket, released by Vertigo in 2012.
As I understand it, it’s an original graphic novel, although the graphic style makes it looks slightly older.
You can buy Werewolves of the Heartland on Amazon.com. The hardback pricing is $23 USD (although this can be picked up cheaper in paperback and on Kindle).
Am looking forward to reading this one.

An excellent value Threads box.
The graphic novel alone is more than worth the value of the box, which I get to $33 USD. It will definitely get read too.
The T-Shirt is less exciting, but the book makes up for it.
This is a good example of a lower cost subscription and should be a definite subscription to consider if you enjoy reading.
