TeeBlox is a subscription based around T-Shirts, which comes with a selection of different options available for purchase.

Some of the options involve original designs produced by the TeeBlox community. Others use official licenced designs which aren’t made by TeeBlox.

This review is for the licenced design option. There’s a choice of themes too. I’m reviewing the Marvel theme.

One interesting thing about the subscription is that different subscribers to the same theme can get different T-Shirts. That keeps things interesting. It also means that there isn’t an information card included.

The standard pricing, including delivery to the UK is $25 USD (£20 GBP). I currently have an annual discount.

The T-Shirt arrives in letterbox size plastic wrap, normally with some other small items, including a comic. My October 2017 package arrived safely towards the end of the month.

Box Contents

Avengers T-Shirt

This is an official Marvel T-Shirt, soft to touch, printed on dark grey stock.

It has six pictures of Avengers characters reimaged as childlike images. It’s pretty neat.

I value this at the T-Shirt standard of $10 USD.

2 Marvel Badges

Two badges on cardboard. These look to have been cut from a larger piece of card.

The badges are Captain America and Wolverine.

These are a disappointment on many levels, as TeeBlox have sent me both badges before.

The Captain America badge was in the January 2017 TeeBlox and the Wolverine badge was in the April 2017 TeeBlox.

I’ll value these at $1 USD each, so $2 USD total.

Box Review

TeeBlox underdelivered for me this time.

Usually, they include a comic. This wasn’t in the package. Instead, it was replaced by a second badge, both of which they’d sent me before.

As a positive, the badges are Marvel related, so at least they do tie in with the theme I chose.

The T-Shirt is fine. A middle of the road style design which I’ll wear occasionally.

This is something of a lucky draw type subscription. TeeBlox can be good, but I’d be worried about the future if they continue to make cutbacks.
