TeeBlox is a new monthly mystery service where a package of items is shipped to your door, with the main item being an official T-Shirt.
They currently have a choice of T-Shirt and topic packages, depending on your interests. I went with the one that I suspect is the most popular, the Movies and TV Shows package. You can also select from Games and Beers & Liquors, as well as a mixed option.
The T-Shirts arrive in a plastic envelope rather than a box, but I’ll continue to use the word “box” in this review for consistency across the site. The use of the envelope actually works out conveniently, as this is letter box sized and I didn’t have to wait around for a delivery.
My subscription was sent out the date after the order and arrived in the UK in order a week. That may be coincidence, but I suspect that first month orders are currently being shipped as they arrive.
There is a downside to this subscription in the UK, and that is, the cost including delivery is $25 USD (£17 GBP). The costs for North American subscribers are much more reasonable.
Box Contents
Star Wars T-Shirt
As promised, the main item is a high quality and officially licensed T-Shirt.
Very happy with this one, as I like grey and the design works well.
There are all kinds of official Star Wars T-Shirts available on Amazon.com. I’m going to value this at the T-Shirt standard of $10 USD, although many of the official shirts sell for more than this.
Stickers And Badge
The package includes two stickers and a badge. One of the stickers and the badge are of Tee Blox. The other sticker I recognise from my gaming days as Ryu from the Street Fighter series.
I’ll put a nominal value of $1 USD on these.
Ender’s Game Poster
This is a full sized poster of 24 inches by 36 inches, which is very rare to get in a geek box. It’s not a favorite film of mine, but this is an excellent poster.
The only downside is that this comes folded, but that’s unavoidable with the delivery packaging.
You can buy this Ender’s Game poster for $10 USD on Amazon.com. That does include delivery in a tube, which is normally a premium.
Tales Of Darkness Comic
This came bagged and boarded, which I know is a big thing for comic book fans.
This is issue #4 from December 1998 and I believe is part of a 5 issue mini series. The cover price is $2.95 USD. You can buy this single issue of Tales Of Darkness on Amazon.com. Based on that, I’ll record a value of $1 USD.

Box Review
Happy with this package and particularly the effort of Tee Blox to include some light, but interesting, items on top of the main T-Shirt.
I do like the main T-Shirt and it’s good to have a high value poster included, even if I will not display it.
The downside is that the value is below the shipped cost for people in the UK (I may have been mean with the T-Shirt value). For people not paying the high shipping cost, the value will be much better.
I do feel that TeeBlox need to look at the international shipping cost, as this is higher than other much larger and heavier boxes. There must be better shipping deals available to them.
I would buy this again down the line and perhaps try one of the other options. If you are tempted, there are many different T-Shirt combinations available. I’d be interested to see your comment posting about what you received.
