After last month’s Loot Wear Risky Business arrived incomplete, I had high hopes of the March 2019 geek clothing package turning things around. But I’m still waiting for several missing months, as well as the February 2019 boxer shorts.

The March 2019 package, with the theme Cosmic, did arrive safely, but again turned out to be missing boxer shorts. The rest of the review will tell you about the items that were included, the geek socks and T-Shirt.

It was also missing the usual information sheet with details of the items.

Assuming they get delivered, Loot Wear offers a choice of packages, depending on which combination of geek clothing items you want. The Risky Business package costs £18 GBP ($23 USD) per month. That includes the surcharge for UK shipping. The price has been known to change based on the exchange rate. Discounts are available for longer subscriptions.

Box Contents

Lost In Space T-Shirt (Exclusive)

This is mostly blue, with a little print. Plus a bit of light blue print which doesn’t really stand out.

Not too excited about this, but I’ll use my usual T-Shirt value of $10 USD.

Rick And Morty Socks (Exclusive)

These are colourful socks, quite wearable.

I’ll use my standard value for pair of socks, which is $10 USD.

Box Review

The two items give $20 USD of value, below the cost price. Hopefully the boxer shorts will turn up.

I wasn’t too excited about these items. They’re just not franchises that grab me.

Hopefully the boxer shorts will be more to my taste.

It is difficult to recommend Loot Wear at present. If you’re willing to take the risk on getting everything, this is very keenly priced. But the supply issues are hard to ignore.
