My favourite of the UK based geek subscription boxes is Infinity Crates, which has the selling point that all subscribers receive personalised items each month based on a list of favourites.
These include a guaranteed T-Shirt and Funko POP! Vinyl, which always adds value that other boxes can’t match.
The theme for Infinity Crates for October 2015 was plague, which offered a lot of potential.
As usual, the box arrived smoothly through Royal Mail at the end of the month. The box now has its own distinctive packaging and is of a decent size, allowing for plenty of items inside.
The standard monthly price for Infinity Crates is £16.99 GBP ($27 USD), making this one of the most reasonably priced boxes.
Box Contents
Doctor Who T-Shirt (Exclusive)
This is a grey T-Shirt, printed with a black and red design reflecting one of my all time favourite TV programmes.
There are lots of references to Doctor Who on here and it’s fun to unpick them all.
I value this at the standard T-Shirt price of $10 USD.
Bicycle Girl The Walking Dead Funko POP! Vinyl
This is from the POP! Television series.
Interestingly enough, I don’t yet have The Walking Dead on my favourites list for Infinity Crates, but it’s a TV series I’ve really got into (got to find time to read the graphics novels now).
This is a great display POP! which I’m happy to have received.
The Bicycle Girl POP! sells for $8 USD on Amazon.com.
Logo Stickers
These are perfectly well printed, but they’re not an item I can really attach a value to, as they’re just there as light items to push up the item count. They’re not something I’ll use or hang on to.
Zombie Notepad (Exclusive)
This is a pocket sized notebook, with a fun cover and the Infinity Crates logo on the back.
I do find items like this useful.
I’ll value this at $1 USD.
Infinity Crates Posted (Exclusive)
This is a long poster, with Infinity Crates showing in a horror like manner.
This is more promotional than usual, so not really a display piece, but the artwork is good.
I appreciate the work involved and value these posters at $2 USD.
The Walking Dead Key Ring
Another key ring for my ever growing collection.
This one fits the box theme well and is an official item. I’d happily include it on my keys if I didn’t have loads of others to choose from.
There are lots of The Walking Dead key rings on Amazon.com. I can’t see this exact one, but I’ll value it at $7 USD.

Box Review
A good crate, although Infinity Crates have done even better.
The best item is The Walking Dead Funko POP! Vinyl. I also like the T-Shirt with the exclusive design.
On the downside, there are some lower value (and no value) items this month.
I get $28 USD of value, which is very close to the box price, although it would cost more to buy these items separately once shipping is included.
I very much enjoy receiving Infinity Crates each month and am happy to support this UK based company. Looking forward to the next mystery package.
