Horror Block is a block that forms part of the Nerd Block family. As a subscriber, you get a collection of horror related goods sent to your door each month.
The subscription guarantees a T-Shirt (in your chosen size), along with a copy of the Canadian horror magazine Rue Morgue. The magazine has a cover price of $9.99 USD, so if you read Rue Morgue regularly, that covers a big part of the subscription fee on its own.
I paid $32.49 USD for my Horror Block shipped to the UK, which is about £22 GBP. That includes a discount for also subscribing to Arcade Block and Nerd Block. Arcade Block and Horror Block were sent together and arrived together, but in separate boxes (an important thing for UK residents, as otherwise this would be hit by horrible custom fees).
Shipping from the US was about a week, which was reasonable, although I had to wait slightly longer as I missed the first delivery. These boxes arrive through Royal Mail, which is convenient, as you also have the option of collecting from a local depot if you miss the delivery attempt.

Box Review
I’m probably not enough of a horror buff to fully appreciate this box (prefer science fiction and fantasy), but there are still some fun items included.
The exclusive print has to be the highlight. I believe that this printed on stretched fabric and comes ready to hang. I can’t quite see this matching my decor, but it’s a small item and will find a home.
I’ve also glanced through the Rue Morgue magazine and will give it a proper read later. This is a nice item to have each month.
The T-Shirt is high quality, not entirely to my taste, but will appeal to fans of The Waking Dead. Likewise the drawstring bag is useful and will go with either my travel gear or gym gear.
The other two items are a little pointless, but make up the content and it’s always good to see the effort that goes into exclusive items. Can’t really the key protector being used.
As with all of the Nerd Block family, the information card is really useful for identifying what all of the items are.
From a personal taste, Horror Block doesn’t quite match up to the excellent Arcade Block this month, but there’s no doubt the effort that has gone into compiling and curating the box. I can see myself buying this again.
