Shirt Punch is a T-Shirt manufacturer and supplier of geek interest goods, which forms part of the overall Nerd Block family.

The T-Shirts available through Shirt Punch are exclusives. Shirt Punch also supplies the T-Shirts found inside the monthly mystery boxes supplied by Nerd Block, Arcade Block, Horror Block and others. In addition, Shirt Punch supplies time limited geek T-Shirts through its shop and sells other geek interest items, usually overstocks from the Nerd Block family of boxes.

I don’t tend to buy from Shirt Punch, as the postage costs to the UK make the regular T-Shirt deals rather more than I feel that they’re worth. But, coupled with a voucher discount code found in the monthly Nerd Block boxes and some low weight items designed to minimise the postage, I decided to take the plunge.

My Grab Bag Order

I order a discounted plush, to be used as a gift, along with two Grab Bag T-Shirts in XL size. These are mystery T-Shirts priced at $5 USD (£4 GBP) plus shipping each, presumably remainders from larger print runs. I was also given the opportunity to add a second plush to my basket at no extra charge, which I took advantage of.

In total, the collection of items came to $27.49 USD (£22 GBP), including shipping to the UK, which was very reasonable. Adding the $10 USD discount code saved even more.

It does show that it is possible to get some discounted T-Shirts and other goods within the UK at a reasonable price using the voucher codes, but you do need to be okay to take the mystery Grab Bag T-Shirts, or be very selective with how you choose and order items.

Shipping for these items was fairly fast, with them arriving inside a small brown box with the Shirt Punch logo on the side. There were no details provided about the Grab Bag T-Shirts, needing some detective work to gather the details.

Box Contents

Fullmetal Alchemist T-Shirt (Exclusive)

This is a dark blue design, with white faded text, similar to traditional Wanted posters. I’m a player of the associated game, but if you are, I’m sure that this would appeal to you.

There was a problem here though. This T-Shirt is a 2XL, whereas I ordered an XL.

This T-Shirt no longer seems to be on sale. I value it at the T-Shirt standard of $10 USD.

Zelda T-Shirt (Exclusive)

I really like this fun design, which comes on a brown T-Shirt backing. The hearts make this look friendly.

I can’t find any trace of this design, so I presume that this is a previous release.

I value this at the T-Shirt standard of $10 USD.

Candy Crush Plush

I added this to the order, as it’s going to form a present for a fan of the game.

This heart shaped plush also has various sound effects which can be activated by pressing on the plush.

I can see a similar, Candy Crush Plush on Amazon.com, although it’s not clear if this comes with sound effects.

Based on that pricing, I value this item at $10 USD.

Slimer Plush

This was a free plush that got added to the order.

Very timely with the increased interest in Ghostbusters and a great character to make into a plush. A fun item and certainly not one to be turned down as an additional item.

You can buy a selection of Slimer plushes on Amazon.com.

Based on the pricing of those items, I value this at $15 USD.

Box Review

I can’t complain at the value of this Shirt Punch package, which comes to $45 USD, whereasI paid much less.

Of course, one of the T-Shirts is too big (I’ll save that for if I put on too much weight), but otherwise, this is a good gamble for the money.

I do particularly like the Zelda T-Shirt and both plushes are rather cute.

Shirt Punch have recently released a monthly mystery box, where they choose five T-Shirts for you. If you’d rather have something a bit different to everyone else, the Shirt Punch Lucky Dip T-Shirts are the way to go.
